The court sends its order directly to the Hungarian Chamber of Bailiffs.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Service by the Bailiff<\/span>: The appointed bailiff goes to the property and serves the eviction order to an adult present in the residence. At this time, the bailiff also informs them of their right to file an appeal within 3 working days.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Appeal Stage:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If there is no appeal<\/span>: The order becomes final. The bailiff calls upon the occupant to vacate the property within 2 days.
