If a coercive measure was applied against you, but your innocence was proven at the end of the proceedings, the law entitles you to compensation. Many do not know that the state has objective liability: if the criminal proceedings were ultimately terminated or an acquittal was reached, financial restitution is due for every single day of If the end result proves your innocence or you were acquitted for other reasons, the state is obliged to compensate you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-207c7d06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"207c7d06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">How much compensation are you entitled to?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fbf8994 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fbf8994\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Hungarian legal system offers two paths to obtain compensation.<\/p><p>The simplified compensation procedure is faster, and fixed compensation amounts can be expected.<\/p><p>This is an out-of-court procedure, the advantage of which is speed since it can be concluded within a few months. This is a preclusive deadline, so in the event that the claim is submitted late, the entire compensation will be lost.
